I did love root beer and "the lowly orange", but PINK! I fell in love with that pale ice-pink color. I don't know what flavor it was - passion fruit? - but it definitely wasn't lemonade. I don't remember a chocolate and I didn't see single popsicles until after high school (late '70s).
