Pumpkin 2011

I'm hoping to carve another pumpkin today, but if not, I did do this one.
I brought it over to the Hill Potters' Guild for the Burr House Tea Room.
If I could make a living carving pumpkins I would like that.

Bone Pile

June and July Franklin keeps cool

August/September Franklin

October/November Franklin

I am missing one Franklin which was up all September into October and this was a special edition Construction Season Franklin to commemorate the MASSIVE and ON-GOING stimulus-project-road-construction in and around Franklin's home. This text will disappear when I find my jpg. A picture's worth a thousand ( or 46) words after all.

October 31st - All Hallows Eve

Happy Halloween!

Here's a little squirrel enjoying a popcorn treat for Halloween.

This is the pumpkin I carved this year.

Hello! I'm Johnny Cash.

And this was the ghastly surprise we had this week.
A sticky slathering of 3 inches of snow, some of which is still on the ground.
Now that's truly scary.

But nevermind that.

I can haz candy?
YES.
